The list of Betcity basic terms and conditions

When registering account users automatically agree to the terms and conditions of the bookmaker’s office:

1. The company accepts bets on sports, political and social events taking place in India and abroad;
2. Withdrawal of funds to users’ personal accounts is possible only after a client presents a photo ID;
3. Only adult users who are at least 18 years old at the time of registration have the right to make bets in Betcity India. In case of violation of this rule the bookmaker’s office reserves the right to refuse to transfer winnings and freeze the user’s account;
4. One person can have no more than one account in the system. Only one registration is allowed from one IP address, one home and one device;
5. Event odds can be changed at any time. In this case after bet confirmation the user fixes in the forecast the odd that was at the time of betting;
6. If a user has placed a bet on an event that was obviously wrong (errors in odds, spelling, type of bet), the company is entitled to cancel the winning and make a payout at odds 1;
7. If the administration of a bookmaker’s office has suspicions of unfair conditions of a sporting event, it has the right to block the possibility of betting on that match until the verdict of the international inspection organization;
8. If the event was initially assigned an incorrect odd, the bet may be calculated based on the effective odd;
9. It is possible to recalculate the rates in case of errors in their formation;
10. Bets placed on events, the outcome of which is already known at that moment, are returned to users’ balances;
11. Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of some personal data, including password and login. These data are automatically generated when creating an account. The bookmaker’s office does not distribute information to third parties and protects it from leakage;
12. Any confirmed bet is an indication that the user agrees to the Betcity betting shop rules in full;
13. After calculating the bet and receiving the payout the player should make sure that it corresponds to the expected and correct amount. If there are any errors and complaints about the amount of winnings the user can contact the support service. Any claims for winnings can be submitted no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of payments;
14. If the administrators of the company suspect fraudulent activity on the part of a particular player or group of people, they have the right to freeze and block accounts until the facts are clarified;
15. Account currency selection takes place at the registration stage. A currency change after creating an account is possible in exceptional cases. To do this, the user must send a corresponding request to the official e-mail address of the Betcity support team;
16. At any time, the security service of the Bookmaker’s office may request additional documents from the player to confirm personal data: address of residence, bank card number, etc. Verification of documents shall take up to three days after their receipt by security officers. If any discrepancies are found, the player’s account may be blocked;
17. Betcity will not be liable for any loss or damage to property incurred by any player as a result of use of the services provided on the site;
18. If necessary, we may restrict or prohibit access to sports betting for a certain period of time or permanently at the request of the customer. Self-exclusion and self-restriction services can be used through the support service;
19. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the User Agreement at any time without further notice to customers.

By registering an account, the user automatically voluntarily agrees to all the terms and conditions of Betcity India.
